1. “Now let’s get in formation.”

This is likely a reference to Beyonce’s well-established love of synchronized swimming. By telling everyone to “get in formation,” she is advising people to get started in their routines so she and Blue Ivy can watch.

2. “I don’t care about the lights or the beams.”

This lyric is a clear reference to Kanye West’s song Ultra Light Beam. Does this mean she doesn’t care about Kanye? No. It probably means she is having an affair with him.

3. “Hot sauce in my bag.”

This is a reference to hot sauce and nothing else. Nothing. Shut up.

4. “I don’t get divorced. I’m Beyonce. Instead, I grab my man’s balls and humiliate him in a video broadcast around the globe.”

This line seems like a clear reference to Jay-Z’s alleged infidelity, but it could also be about her dad. Only black people understand this reference.

5. “My husband cheated on me with a woman named Becky Edwards, 41, of Middlebury, Wisconsin. Her phone number is 425-336-9024.”

Could this vague reference unlock the key to finding out who Jay-Z cheated on Beyonce with? Possibly. ‘Becky’ is a term used to describe a non-black woman who steals the man of a black woman. This line likely refers to Rachel Roy.
